The name PISQU signifies vibrant and echoes the eponymous birthplace of Peru’s national drink -the “Pisco sour”.
The passion in our food has been nurtured by Head chef William Ortiz.
His uncompromising use of only quality, healthy and natural ingredients is his trademark and sets Pisqu’s cuisine apart.
Our signature dishes include Pulpo Pisqu (octopus), Corn-Cake (Inca Corn-cake bake), Hot Ceviche (seafood in yellow aji tiger’s milk served warm), Chicharron (confit pork belly, rocoto), Lomo a la parrilla (beef filet, pachamanca sauce), Ceviche, Purple corn ice cream and Chocolate mousse with Matcha ice cream.
